The hotel had very nice and comfortable rooms that overlooked a quiet side street with a good view of Istanbul. The service was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to many dining and shopping options, and very near Taksim Square. The dining experience offered a great variety of dishes. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and extensive.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, with a big 'double' bed that was actually two large singles pushed together, along with an additional single bed which was convenient. The lack of racks for our cases was a small downside. The location was excellent, being close to Taksim Square and the metro station, near Istiklal Street, and surrounded by various dining options. The services provided were helpful and efficient, although the breakfast fell short compared to other hotels, and the lifts seemed inadequate for the number of guests. Despite some minor drawbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable stay with good value for money.
